The LightPulse™ LP1050EX-F2 Fiber Channel PCI Express Host Bus Adapter from Emulex® offers an integrated 2 Gbps Fiber Channel to PCI/PCI-X connectivity solution for both enterprise and midrange–class Storage Area Networks (SANs). It features "Thor", a Fiber Channel controller, and leverages the power of Service Level Interface (SLI) driver architecture and HBAnyware™, a centralized HBA management suite. This single-channel HBA delivers data transfer rates of up to 2 Gbps via its embedded multi-mode optic interface. The incorporated MultiPulse™ technology provides failover and dynamic load balancing capabilities for enhanced SAN reliability, performance and resource utilization across heterogeneous SANs.
